Members of three Ramona churches spent several days in the kitchen preparing a feast for their Nov. 10 Community Turkey Dinner.

Attendees had their fill of turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, green beans, a cranberry Jello salad, rolls and a choice of pumpkin pie or apple crisp for dessert.

The dinner was held in Pilgrim Hall at First Congregational Church of Ramona, which coordinated the event with Ramona United Methodist Church and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

The churches were prepared to serve several hundred guests, with complimentary meals offered to people in need.
