Homelessness seems to be an unsolvable situation. Heres my idea of a possible partial solution: Why not have the city purchase several large empty lots and develop them into RV spaces providing all utilities, electricity, water and sewer connections for used motorhomes? The city could buy used motorhomes from private parties (less money than for new ones) and then house the different groups of homeless — families, single men, single women — in the appropriate size RV. After the RVs have reached the limits of their usefulness, sell them or dispose of them, and then reinstall others. Residents would live there until they were able to move out or until the rules were broken.

I know this is a simplistic idea, but in the long run it might save money for the city. A private home for the homeless. Part of the problem solved!
