Four races in county, state and federal districts that include Point Loma and Ocean Beach are going the way of the Democratic candidates in early results from the Nov. 5 elections.

Incumbent Democrat Terra Lawson-Remer has a double-digit lead over Republican former San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer in the race for the District 3 seat on the San Diego County Board of Supervisors.

Incumbent Tasha Boerner (D-Encinitas) is well ahead of Republican challenger James Browne in the run for state Assembly District 77.

Democrat Akilah Weber leads Republican Bob Divine by a wide margin in the 39th state Senate District race to succeed termed-out Sen. Toni Atkins.

Incumbent U.S. Rep. Scott Peters (D-La Jolla) is easily defeating Republican challenger Peter Bono in the 50th Congressional District.

In the race for San Diego mayor, incumbent Todd Gloria leads challenger Larry Turner of Ocean Beach.
