Local youth enjoyed the Young Del Mar Seaside Spooktacular, co-hosted by the Del Mar Foundation and Del Mar Plaza, which was held Oct. 27 at the Ocean View Deck at Del Mar Plaza. The event, which included trick or treating, crafts and music, took place after the Del Mar Foundations Halloween Dog Parade.
