Rancho Santa Fe Plaza has rebranded to The Ranch at Rancho Santa Fe, the new name and new look hope to infuse new energy into the 36-year-old center.

The plaza at the edge of Encinitas on Rancho Santa Fe Road, anchored by Harvest Ranch Market and The Original Pancake House, sold last year for $26 million to Space Investment Partners. They have embarked on a center update that began with fresh white paint and the new Rancho logo on one of the main tower buildings.

Inside the center, the restoration continues with an update of a horse-themed fountain and central courtyard near Champagne Bakery. Overall plans for the upgrade include more outdoor communal patio space, enhanced landscaping and design features like refreshed exterior finishes, signage and lighting.

Two new tenants have signed on including the coffee shop Coffee Dose and Med Lounge.

Coffee Dose will be located at the front of the center, a funky and cheeky Orange County specialty coffee place that serves up drinks like collagen-infused lattes and organic matcha. The flagship shop in Costa Mesa’s featured drink is “The Thicky Thicc,” an iced Americano topped with fresh housemade vanilla sweet cream. Various breakfast and brunch items are also on the menu at their five locations.

Med Lounge is a medical spa offering skin treatments, Botox, body contouring and hormone therapy. Currently based in Orange County with locations in Corona Del Mar and Ladera Ranch, Med Lounge emphasizes minimally invasive cosmetic treatments and wellness services with membership plans available.

The Ranch at Rancho Santa Fe remains home to tenants like Firenze Trattoria and Meritage Wine Market. According to a brochure, there are about eight availabilities in the center including restaurant/retail spots.
