Rancho Santa Fe Rotary Club held its annual Halloween costume contest and dinner at the home of Elie and Lori Feghali on Oct. 30. The event included a community outreach aspect as Rotary members also collected gift cards for nonprofit local charity Seeds of Hope from attendees. The fun-filled event was enjoyed by all and RSF Rotary is celebrating big time as it is coming off its most successful Taste of Rancho Santa Fe benefit event ever, which was held Sept. 29 at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe.
